Kamy Org Careers is a career services company. We write, build, research, and organize the work involved in presenting yourself professionally and finding your next role.
How we approach the work
Most people come to us with a specific need: a resume that isn't getting responses, a LinkedIn profile that hasn't been touched in years, or a job search that has become difficult to keep track of. We start there.
From that point, we look at how the pieces fit together. A strong resume with a weak profile sends mixed signals. A good profile with no applications going out doesn't move anything forward. Where it helps, we suggest the surrounding work; where it doesn't, we leave it.
Hands-on support is a large part of what we do. Alongside the writing and design, we research opportunities, prepare application materials, keep applications organized, and, when a client asks us to and authorizes it, submit applications on their behalf.
